I'm back everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CW 150 lbs.


I missed blogging for a good 10 days as my kids were sick back to back.  I managed to stay 80% raw and right now, I am down 5 lbs!!!!!!!!!! YAY!  I've been doing alot of fruit in the morning and it has REALLY helped my full feeling. 

I notice that I am less bloated and not as emotional as I am with food.  I really need to reconnect with my relationship with food and discover why I hate it and love it at the same time.  Absolutely with RAW, I LOVE food!  You simply cannot go wrong when the food is so pure. 

Today's Intake:

Breakfast:
Bowl of watermelon

Snack:  Raw Brownies

Lunch:  "Nutloaf" with Sundried (bbq style) sauce  God.....this is soooooooooooo good!!!!!!!!!!!

Snack:  no hungry exercised on the bike for 1/2 hr.

Dinner:  Romaine lettuce salad with Orange vinegarette.  Raw Garlic crackers.

I purchsed Karma Kookie as they are suppose to be real popular and I hear the Kim Kardashian tried them!!!!
